Becoming stronger to be a US Marine has been life changing yet I want to become better than what I am right now. I know I have to be a certain weight but I want to be slim, stronger, more better than what I am. I need to stop giving up once I start something and I need to finish it.

In a new video for The Guardian, Yusuf challenges stereotypes by setting out to reclaim the choice to wear a hijab as “a feminist statement.”
I am not Muslim but I am so glad to see this because honestly I had never ever thought about it this way, I feel like I’ve been so ignorant, my eyes and mind have been opened
