Laughter.

It’s sad when you try to entertain yourself, to make your self happy to smile and laugh in some way or form and once you laugh or smile It’s painful, it’s a choking feeling in your throat, emotions wanting to be set free but you just can’t let it out. You’re sealed tight like a factory made jar and no one is able to open you. You lay in bed twist and turning trying to find a comfortable position and in the end, curling up into a ball and crying is the best position for you.
