While this is not directly service dog related, it is relevant information for all dog and cat owners.

But when working your service dog in the heat, you must take care that your SD does not overheat!!  Companies that cater to all types of working dogs sell products made to keep your dog cool such as shoes to protect their paws and various types of cooling vests. Even pet stores sell cooling bandanas.
