So, hxppy-bxddy’s tumblr has been hijacked, and began posting strings of number, then binary. Let me show you some rough translations.

“Greetings, tumblr.

As you can see, we have taken over this account.

So I would like everyone to sit back and mind your own business.

We are only taking this account temporarily, or we might move on to someone else. We are only using this as a testing ground.

As you can see, the software seems to be working fine. I would like to stop talking now though, since I don’t want to reveal any more of our plans.

So, goodbye.

Well, there is definitely something creepy about this, but let’s elaborate on some important points.

First off, note the use of “we” in some messages. This imply that there is more than one person behind this.

Also, they said “software”. This probably means that they are using some kind of program to hijack hxppy-bxddy’s tumblr.

A few more points. They referred to a “plan” and that they are using this particular tumblr “as a testing ground”. This imply that whoever, or /whatever/ is behind this might be planning a joint strike on tumblr accounts, minor or major.

So, in conclusion, I have no idea what is going on, if these messages are real or not. But whatever it is, remember this: if I start posting random numbers, CEASE ALL ACTIVITY WITH ME. Do not reblog, do not like, do not send me asks, do not view my blog, do not do /anything/, as I am likely hijacked and I’m afraid that any actions would help to spread the virus. Repeat, if I start posting any random string of numbers, THAT IS NOT ME.
