Hello! My name is Adrian and I’m launching this campaign in the hopes of some assistance in raising funds so that I can finally get the first of my surgeries done! I’m saving alongside this Campaign as well, so I’m not relying solely on the generosity of you fine people but after rent, utilities and other miscellaneous bills it would take me more than a few years to afford it on my own as my insurance does not cover any part of the process. The Breakdown
The Campaign Goal Amount includes:
- $6,500 Combination Surgical and Pathology Fees
- $1,300 Hospital and Anesthesia Fee
- $680 Estimated Cost for Pre/Post Op Travel,
appointments and prescriptions
- $400 Post-Op exam
- $120 Post-Surgical Compression vest

- on the campaign page, donate $25 or more- in the comment box that goes along with your donation, please type in your tumblr url so i can find you
- let me know what you’d like me to draw for you! (i.e. “me”, “Kaneki Ken from Tokyo Ghoul” etc.) please be specific if it is a preexisting character of a series/game. So instead of saying “”Link” you would say “Link from the Legend of Zelda”.
- if you want me to draw an OC, please also leave a url of a reference picture in the comment with your donation
- when I am done with your illustration, I will upload it to my art tumblr and tag your Url. To make sure you get it, I will also send an ask letting you know it’s up.
