So I became a mammoth in d&d last time.
So me and my gf are pretty new to d&d and thus was out like, 7th game and we are starting this one off game which the DM told everyone to bring extra characters because he thought we would all die.
Ok so that’s the set up, now for the game, half of our group went down a mysterious tunnel and didn’t know how to get out, our 75 year old monk went into a void, so that left me, a paladin, my gf, a bard, and another dude who was a Druid.
We exhausted all rational thought to find the other 3, who our characters didn’t 100% know where dead or not. So our Druid looked at me and just said, I can turn you into a mammoth and we can try and knock down all the walls.
When we told the DM that was our plan, he looked at us… and the look on his face was that of disappointment, anger, resolve, hate. But he let us do it and we found a secret room.
So the moral of the story is if you don’t know what to do, just ask your Druid to turn you into a mammoth.
